Kimberly-Clark Corporation 'It Starts With You'

'It Starts With You' digital, paid digital and print employee value proposition campaign, in collaboration with Kimberly-Clark Corporation.

The campaign kickoff tagline for the employees was: Building A Better World Starts With You. Kimberly-Clark understands their mission and goals don't happen if their people don't have the tools and team they need.  They know making life better for billions of people first starts with making life better for their own employees. They want their employees to write bigger stories for themselves as they also tell the Kimberly-Clark story.

Twenty real employees from within the company who represent product, engineering, IT, marketing, sales, scientists, cyber security, customer development, regulatory, machinists, operators, electricians, and platform crew leaders were profiled for the campaign. Our small, but nimble team filmed on location at the Kimberly-Clark office building within the Fulton Market District in Chicago, and at the Experimental Mill in Neenah, Wisconsin. The primary function at the Experimental Mill is to develop and deliver a continuous stream of innovative product and process solutions for the Family Care business.

COMPHEALTH 'HOW DOES YOUR STAFFING AGENCY SEE YOU?'

How Does Your Staffing Agency See You?’ broadcast, print, digital and paid digital campaign for CompHealth, in collaboration with CHGHealthcare and Scott Montgomery. Most staffing agencies stop at what you are. CompHealth starts with who you are. Because you can’t find someone the perfect career move unless you actually know who that someone is. CompHealth will set you up with a personal recruiter who sees you as more than just a medical license.

This was a fun campaign. Not only was this a great client and crew, but how often do you get to travel around with a couple of mannequins buckled up in the  backseat of your car?

UnitedHealth Group 'Life's Best Work'

Life’s Best Work’ web, social and print employee value proposition campaign showing how one’s passion brings out their best at work. In collaboration with UnitedHealth Group and Jonathan Chapman Photography. Whether training for a triathlon or learning more about taking care of clients’ needs, Camila knows that the right training can prepare her for any challenges that come her way as an Executive Director for UnitedHealth Group in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil.

We worked with UnitedHealth Group on their recruitment campaigns for several years. Each year a journey of discovery into the 8 to 10 star employees being profiled. An opportunity to translate an employee's work role and passion outside of work into stills and video. We always enjoy collaborating with the employees and learning more about what they do in their personal lives and how that crosses over to their work lives and vice versa. The connections at times are uncanny and reveal how intertwined two seemingly unrelated roles can be.

Our collaborative partnership took us to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for an international flavor of UnitedHealth Group's 'Life's Best Work'. What an opportunity and experience to raise the bar once again, with an incredible backdrop to frame up a group of accomplished individual employee narratives.

The lifestyle photos represent both the U.S and Brazil productions.

Horizon 'ViaFit'

Horizon Fitness 'ViaFit' brand video and lifestyle photography campaign, in collaboration with JohnsonFitness and Jonathan Chapman Photography. ViaFit is a new way to track and share fitness data. "Discover the place where you can connect your fitness equipment, apps and social networks so they can all start working together."

Working out is hard enough, let alone trying to track your progress day after day, week after week. The solution is ViaFit, an all-in-one program app that allows users to synch up with fitness equipment, social media, and personal journals to keep up with progress and share as much or as little with others.

We worked with JohnsonFitness on the launch video for their new ViaFit app. This was a unique project, integrating and animating graphic elements that showcase how ViaFit compliments the personal as well as social side to working out and fitness.

'Aqua Est Vita'

We regularly bounce ideas around as far as creating personal work, imagery that refines our craft and ultimately generates new work for the portfolio. We've had an idea based on swimming in the back of our minds for quite some time and we put the wheels in motion to make it happen. The idea is simple and was inspired by the relationship between a training athlete and the serenity of a lake. Tanya Silver coordinated the production and helped arrange our talent Heidi Fellner through Minneapolis based Agency Models & Talent. Alison Hoekstra jumped on board for props and light styling and John Fontana offered a hand as always to bring it all to life.

With everything in place we were all set to head out to a local Minneapolis lake one July afternoon. As we traveled to the location a cell of severe thunderstorms arrived, catching us by surprise a bit earlier than anticipated. As the rain pelted the roof of our cars we waited. We almost called off the project, but with our weather apps open with minute by minute updates we decided to wait out the storm. After about a half hour the rain drops began to dissipate and eventually the weather moved on to the East. The storm left us with a virtually empty location, a beautiful calm body of water, and the light, well you be the judge of that one but we certainly enjoyed it. Check out the motion edit below.
